Cameroon dominate AFCON Team of the Tournament

Afcon Team of the TournamentLIBREVILLE, (CAJ News) – THREE Cameroon players are in the Confederation of African Football Team of the tournament, disclosed after the end of the Africa Cup of Nations.
Player of the tournament, Christian Bassogog, who stars for Aab in Denmark, features alongside goalkeeper Fabrice Ondoa and defender Michael Ngadeu.
The 21-year was influential to Cameroon winning the ultimate, after a 2-1 win over Egypt in the final on Sunday at the Stade de l’Amitie in Libreville, and was deservingly named the best player of the competition by the CAF Technical and Study Group.
Egypt were awarded the Pair Play Prize while Democratic Republic of Congo forward, Junior Kabananga, was top scorer with three goals.
