KIGALI, (CAJ News) – MTN Rwanda has announced that it will transfer ownership of its outsourced call centre from CET to ISON BPO Rwanda Limited effective August 1.
MTN’s Chief Sales and Distribution Officer, Annie Bilenge, said ISON was known for its ability to deliver cost-effective outsourcing solutions to its clients at world-class standards.
“We believe that this transfer of ownership of our call centre to ISON will allow us to concentrate on further raising our own service levels, improving customer experience and ensuring we remain the number one telecom in Rwanda.”
